We supply a wide range of fresh mushrooms and hard fruit with a diverse group of customers such as market vendors, wholesalers, supermarkets, catering and trading partners both at home and abroad. We carry out the entire process of cultivation, storage, packaging and transport<\/b> ourselves. With our own mushroom farm<\/strong>, we grow part of our mushrooms ourselves. This enables us to respond very flexibly to different situations in the market. We also have an orchard<\/strong> with our own apples and pears. Every summer the tastiest fruit from our own soil grows here. In addition, we work together with a fixed group of growers to supplement our sales, so that we always have sufficient products. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our modern and environmentally friendly cooling systems<\/strong> ensure that the mushrooms are cooled back to the ideal storage temperature as quickly as possible immediately after picking. Reaching this temperature quickly ensures that the product remains fresh for as long as possible. Our departure, reception and packaging areas are also refrigerated. We also have a large number of low-oxygen storage cells<\/strong> in which we can store more than 2,000,000 kilos of apples and pears under ideal conditions throughout the year. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In our mushroom packing departments, the small packs are set up by hand, so each pack is checked for quality. We also have a slicing machine that can cut the mushrooms directly into slices ready to eat. Then, depending on the customer’s wishes<\/b>, the packaging is automatically top-sealed, flowpacked, stretch-wrapped, covered or loose in bulk packaging. A customized tray or label or product mix is also possible.

For sorting our apples and pears we use one of the latest sorting machines which ensures that our fruit is machine washed and sorted by size, weight and quality<\/b>. Then the fruit is once again manually assessed for quality and placed in the desired bulk or small packaging. Think for example of a kilo bag or a tray with flowpack, topseal or stretch film. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We carry out the logistics process with our own trucks if required. We transport our products exclusively with conditioned trucks<\/strong> specifically for the transport of fresh mushrooms and fruit. With our own fleet, we ensure that the products are picked up at the cultivation sites immediately after harvest and, after packaging, delivered to the customer on time and at the right temperature. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
