Quality

Quality is our top priority. Our cultivation and trading company therefore has various certifications. This means that our products comply with more than the legal regulations regarding food safety, sustainability, personnel policy and production methods.

Quality control

Production lines are largely automated and help in the assessment for quality. However, to ensure the highest possible level, a certified quality controller repeatedly assesses quality during cultivation, storage and packaging. This is done using various methods which are included in our certified quality management system.

Zero food waste

To prevent food waste, we never throw away our products. What does not meet the requirements for sale to the consumer is used in the processing industry. For example, for mushroom soup, meat substitutes and pear or apple juice. Should the product not be suitable for that, it is used at local farms as an organic soil nutrient. So none of the mushrooms, apples or pears we grow goes out the door as waste.
